•    I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason and any time. 
•    Work on commission will only begin once payment is received. 
•    Refunds will be accepted if work has not yet begun, otherwise there will be no refunds once work has begun. An exception is made if I must cancel the commission (will receive a full refund).
•    The client will receive notice once I get started on the commission and can at any time ask to see WIPs/progress.
•    Revision allowed during the initial sketch phase (as many as client would like), any revisions after that will have a fee. 
•    I am allowed to post commissions on social media and use them as samples. If you would like me to keep it a secret until debut / a certain date let me know!
•    I am allowed to work on your commission on stream. If you would like me to work on your project off stream only, please let me know!! That's totally fine, but if it's not mentioned I will be working on it on stream. 
•    ALL VTUBER MODELS already have a commercial fee included!! Illustrations, Reference sheets and other such commissions are personal use only but can be used on social media (Twitter, Twitch, etc.). Cannot be printed as merchandise unless an extra commercial fee is paid. 
•    None of my work is allowed to be used as a None Fungible Token (NFT) or for any AI projects. 
•    Live2D file (.moc3) cannot be bought, unless discussed. Please contact me for any additions to your model.  
•    Live2D models are rigged to work with Vtube Studio, I will not work with another program, sorry!
•    Clients cannot edit, trace, modify, make merchandise, distribute, or claim credit under any circumstances! Clients are not allowed to resell models without permission. 
•    work must be credited to my twitter: lilistration. 

For Vtuber add-ons / future additions (hair styles, expressions, outfits, etc!)

All existing clients may contact me for additions to their models! Fees will be discussed depending on what the client wants. Usually, new commissions are prioritized over add-ons, but I will do my best to complete all requests in a timely manner. If you have a deadline, please let me know!! 

• ALL payments must be upfront before any commission progress will begin. 

• Revision allowed during the initial sketch phase (as many as client would like), any revisions after that will have a fee. 
• Revisions necessary such as: redrawing pieces of Vtuber models, adding pieces for Vtuber model, changing or adding more cutting of Vtuber models for rigging is free. 

• Please expect 3-4 weeks on full illustrations and 4-8 weeks on models!! This turn around period will begin when you are contacted that I have started your request, not when you're given a slot. PLEASE remember that I have multiple clients that I work with. 

• All Vtuber models have Commercial Fee already included in the base price. 
• All other work commercial rights will have to be purchased (if wanting to use for things like merchandise.)
• Art and other work can be posted on twitter, twitch, etc. But please credit me as @lilistration!
• I reserve the rights to make a showcase with your model after your debut. 

Refunds will only be accepted on any commissions where the work has not begun after the initial communication was sent, and at minimum the amount of weeks above has passed.
